Henry Phillips, Administrative Manager. Henry is your best contact if you are, or would like to be, a supplier to Bourne Industries. Henry also arranges all shipping and receiving, and all administrative matters pertaining to such things as insurance and government relations. Ted Ockerman, Plant and Production Coordinator. Ted is your best contact if you are an existing customer. He handles all standard incoming orders, he creates and sends order acknowlegements -- which include projected shipment dates -- and he starts the internal processing of all standard orders. He also tracks order progress, so he is the best person to call for updates on potential shipment dates. Kim Rathbun, Acounting.
